Beach Portrait Packages

All inclusive with no hidden charges--that's the right way to do business and the way Florida Beach Photography does it.  When you see our posted price on our packages, it covers the sitting fee, an abundant amount of proofs in a custom designed bound proof portfolio, your proofs posted in your own online Gallery for family/friends to see, and a generous enlargement allotment.  There are no hidden prices on our enlargements when you decide to order something special.  We price our enlargements so that they are affordable.  All of our enlargements are top quality, professional grade, beautiful prints at affordable prices designed to last a lifetime. 

 

Standard Portrait Package (up to 10 people)
     $299

A typical family portrait session, at the location of your choice, includes group shots of entire family, shots of children together and individually, in various poses, parents together and individually, various group poses (on sand, by water, walking on beach, on boardwalks), and other groupings suitable for your family such as mother/daughter, father/son, and we also include candid shots as they happen during the shoot.

Family Reunion Portrait Package (20 or less)

A family reunion session includes group poses of the entire family group, individual family units, individuals of children, and other groupings such as grandparents/grandchildren, girls, boys, adult siblings, grandparents individually, and whatever other combination is available for your group, any combination that you would like, including candid shots as they happen during the shoot.

Senior Portrait Package

Capturing the spirit of your senior year - our senior portrait sessions are designed to capture your unique personality.  Bring the props; bats, guitars, footballs, hats, your band instrument, whatever says the most about who you are.  Our Senior Portrait package is about having fun and letting the real you shine through.

• One and a half (1 1/2) hour portrait session with up to 3 outfit changes

• Sixty (60) proofs in a custom bound proof portfolio, yours to keep

• Four (4) Custom 8x10 enlargements

• Additional enlargements of all sizes can be ordered from our online Storefront

• Proofs online in our Gallery for one year

ADD ON SPECIAL !!!  Best Friends Senior Package:

Poses will be individual and combined.

Events Package  (see pricing below)

Quality photojournalistic coverage for corporate events, family reunion gatherings portraiture for groups over 20, holiday parties, and other social events. Coverage includes many candid shots throughout the event, plus posed portrait shots, if desired. We will discuss with you what coverage you want out of the event.

Events (for groups of more than 20 people)    

• $399.00 for two hour minimum

• $200.00 each additional hour

• $100.00 additional photographer per hour

• Sixty (60) proofs for first two hours coverage; approximately 30 proofs per hour after that, depending on events

• Proofs presented in a custom bound proof portfolio

• Additional enlargements of all sizes can be ordered from our online Storefront

• Proofs online in our Gallery for one year

Booking Options: 

Book with a deposit: Call or email to Reserve a date/time. You will be asked to download the contract/terms, complete and mail in with a $100 deposit.  Once we have received your signed contract/terms and deposit, your date will be firmly booked. 

Not sure when you'll be coming...give us a call to Book when you arrive at your Gulf Coast destination:  If it is difficult to decide on a date/time prior to arriving, you can contact us for available dates for beach portraits once you arrive at your Gulf Coast destination.  We would require a credit card number prior to meeting you at the designated location.  We will not charge the card until after the shoot, at which time you can pay by cash or check at the photo session.  If you fail to show up at the designated place/time, $100.00 will be charged to your card (no show fee).

All prints and enlargements are printed at a professional photo lab. Custom enlargements individually processed with standard correction.  Mounted and Sealed prints are sprayed with a water based coating for additional protection and mounted on a 3mm board to prevent bending and warping.  Premier Enlargements are digitally hand retouched to correct imperfections and touch up unflattering shadows, wrinkles, zits, etc., (for groups of five or less).  Braces removal is extra $35.00 per head.  Premier Canvas is linen textured and stretched on a frame, and includes the Premier retouching.
Shipping/Handling:  No additional fees for the original proof portfolio mailed to you via US Postal Service Priority Mail. There will be an $8.00 S/H charged for additional Proof Portfolios shipping to an address other than the Contract address.

A minimum shipping/handling fee of $8.00 will apply to all orders placed.

Alabama or Florida Sales Tax added to all portrait package sessions within Alabama and Florida, and enlargement/print orders placed from within Florida.
